Please note that all shipping must be made in sealed screw top eye containers obtained from the offices of Carole Lewis, B.C.O. We do not accept responsibility for any shipments not made in approved containers, following prescribed methods. Approved containers can be obtained under the heading: Product Packages and Pricing. All pricing includes the cost of sending your prosthesis to this office, the maintenance, and the shipment back.
